This is a very good drawing with a lot of positive things in it. I like how her eyes are the same size and that are evenly spaced. You did well with the shadowing and didnt over shadow on the nose(something that people do a lot). I would change some things though. The head seems a bit odd, but i cant place my finger on it, maybe it is a bit to far out if that makes sense. I would have drawn a bit more of the neck though because it looks like her head is sitting right on top of the shoulders.
